Go from 0 to 60 feet in just six sections! The fast, long, pre-assembled runs of the Zip Trench system get you where you're going faster, with fewer stops along the way. This light-weight, polypropylene trench drain system is much more efficient than polymer concrete and has better chemical resistance than polyethylene. Also featuring a high flow volume and storage capacity, it offers a less expensive, labor saving alternative to cast-in-place trench drains. Shown below is the 12" Zip Trench Drain, (Fig. No. 9960)

1. Extra-heavy-duty painted steel frame is standard, galvanized and stainless steel also available. Frame transfers traffic load to surrounding concrete
2. Welded rebar mounts on every 5’ center
3. 4”, 6”, and 8” no-hub vertical outlets
4. Mounting lugs on every 9.81” (1/4 meter) center
5. Polypropylene rating 180° F (vs. only 140° F with polyethylene)
6. Built-in slope of 1.07%
7. 4 grate types: Class C–Stainless steel perforated and mesh - Galvanized steel perforated and mesh Class E–Ductile Iron ADA - Ductile Iron Slotted

6” Wide Zip Trench Drain System
