Grease Interceptors with Semi-Automatic Draw Off

The 802-803 series grease interceptor is engineered to remove and retain fat, oil and grease from wastewater in food preparation areas. Interceptors in this series have a time and labor saving semi-automatic draw off valve that eliminates messy cleaning associated with ordinary interceptors. These units are constructed of coated fabricated steel and covered with secured non skid, diamond plate covers. The 802-803 series is available with flow rates of 4 GPM (fig. 802-Y02-04) up to 50 GPM (fig. 803-Y03-50) through 2" (50) and 3" (75) no-hub connections utilizing separate flow controls. They are designed for above the floor installation.
