Grease Interceptors

The 800 series grease interceptor is engineered to remove and retain fat, oil and grease from wastewater in kitchen and restaurant areas where food is prepared. The interceptor is constructed of coated fabricated steel and covered with a secured non skid, diamond plate top. The 800 series is available with flow rates of 75 GPM (fig. 800-Y04-75) and 100 GPM (fig. 800-Y04-100) through 4" (100) no-hub connections utilizing separate flow controls. This unit is designed for installation above the floor, under the sink or in an area where space is limited.
